Misconceptions about Feminism

The mainstream media, like they always do, make groups that are meant to be positive, such as feminists or black pride groups, look dumb and crazy. Everyone always talks about how feminists want to be superior or bitch over stupid things, because that's how the media makes them look. What about the woman that talks about her right to be sexually liberal, without being subjected to social hatred, or that fact that most rapes go unreported? Or the poor black man that's shot in cold blooded murder by a white middle class cop, but the cop only gets second degree manslaughter, while a black poor man defends himself against a cop and kills the cop in self defense, and gets life in prison with a death sentence? No, instead of telling you about these viewpoints in the media, they tell you about how some extremist is bitching about not being treated as a queen at her job place, or a black man complaining simply because someone jokingly said the word negro, and thus they create a negative stereotype of a group that actually has something positive to offer to society. This type of attitude isn't feminism, it's just stupidity. Feminism is like any other radical movement, it is meant to be a movement that supports freedom, individuality, and liberty of a particular group. Then I ask you, who is really a feminist, the one preaching about her right to be sexually liberal, or the "feminist" that states in some sort of fact that it is demeaning to women to be sexually active? This to me, seems nothing short of good old religious sexism, and has nothing to do with either individuality or personal freedom, and thus, is not feminism.
