Humanity pretends to care about the Earth by throwing their garbage in the trash on one day, as if it matters. The paved roads that people throw their trash on IS the trash can, society is the trash. Society is the trash that needs to be removed.<br />
<br />
FUCK YOUR EARTH DAY! There, I said it. If you didn't get the point, let's stop pretending that it makes a difference or that anyone cares. Humanity sucks, and remember, WE ARE ALL PART OF THE HUMAN SPECIES!BShttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11829555073400505243noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1338362442775855577.post-41431886654427992082011-09-07T17:20:00.001-07:002011-09-07T17:20:37.869-07:00The Myth of Sisyphus/Materialistic Animals<span lang="EN"> The Myth of Sisyphus/Materialistic Animals<br />
Man is so ignorant in their ways. Thinks the meaning of life is to achieve an untouchable task. Arrogant of the fact that the goal itself is meaningless. Pointless life, never ending cycle of hopelessness. Trying to obtain something that brings no happiness. A supposedly spiritual race of hateful animals. Worthless species, spreading their negativity throughout the world.</span>BShttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11829555073400505243noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1338362442775855577.post-70527976084572206642010-12-01T10:17:00.000-08:002010-12-01T10:21:40.523-08:00What is a Terrorist?<div class="MsoNormal">What is a terrorist? According to government a terrorist is a feminist, a black panther, an anarchist, Emma Goldman, Malcolm X, and Martin Luther King (who is now worshiped only to persuade people into buying into this “good black vs. bad black” idea), among others. Now what does government consider a terrorist? Apparently, if you look throughout history a terrorist is anyone who fights for their individuality, or in other words, anyone who fights against the status quo, anyone who dares to take action against authority. However, apparently cops fire bombing a town of people known as MOVE for nothing more than trying to live peacefully by their own law, not harming anyone, not bothering anyone. Apparently killing men, women, and even children for simply trying to live, is not terrorism. Basically what government is trying to tell us is, killing people is not terrorism, but fighting for your individualism is. Maybe next time you sit in front of the television screen, you might want to question how they use the term terrorism.<br />

</div><div class="MsoNormal">Whenever a certain individual is being prosecuted, beaten, or having their “rights” taken away from them, history usually shows this type of behavior leads to a revolt. A couple examples would women and blacks. These people throughout history were treated as if they were not human, animals, not worthy of respect. These people had to actively fight against authority to gain their rights; they had to go through abuse and torture, even being killed in order to gain their rights. Even in the 60’s and 70’s blacks were still fighting to show people that they are just as human as a white man or woman. Even 40 years ago blacks were constantly beat for nothing more than the color of their skin and even beat more so for simply trying to fight those people trying to degenerate the African race.</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal">In modern society we still have many problems, no one will deny that. For one example, factory farms are still a problem. Now, in theory I strongly agree that the way factory farms treat animals is cruel, no doubt about that. However, the probably doesn’t lie in what they believe, it’s how vegans, for example, practice it. They lose my interest when the comment comes up, “Eating meat is morally wrong.” For I would ask, how does one go from factory farms being cruel to animals to eating meat is wrong. In my view, these are two completely different subjects. On the other hand, I fully support small farmers.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://besser.tsoa.nyu.edu/T-Shirts/dtorres/action.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://besser.tsoa.nyu.edu/T-Shirts/dtorres/action.JPG" width="311" /></a></div></div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal">I believe that as in the example of vegans, people today are being manipulated into this PC style mindset that simply having an idea is going to change something, when that can’t be farthest from the truth. In fact, simply having a belief and doing nothing about is going to change nothing. What happen to that direct action that feminists and black panthers took to free their people? Sure, it took them a long time; sure, they were beaten and often killed. But if not for the spirit and action of these people, <i>nothing would be different.</i> And this is exactly what’s going to happen if people keep this attitude of passive activism, nothing is going to change, NOTHING. Keep on sitting on your couch and not eating meat while watching sitcoms, but nothing will change, no matter how much you bullshit yourself, nothing will change. What changes how we live are people that are willing to take direct action, people who are willing to protest, and if need be, do something like destroy factory farms. The problem doesn’t lay in the eating meat, the problems lays in with how animals are treated my big corporate businesses.</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal">Paul McCarthy once said that if factory farms had glass walls everyone would be a vegan, which to I say, if factory farms had glass walls, then everyone would stop supporting factory farms, and hopefully, destroy factory farms from operating, and then going back to eating food from small farmers.</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal">This, of course, is just one example. But everywhere I look, everything continues to happen in this passive activism form. People hold themselves on high horses by simply telling people something is wrong, but no one is willing to do anything about it. No cares when it’s time for them to go and do something about it themselves. So do we really care about changing the future or are people just trying to make themselves feel better? If it’s the latter, then this is very sad, but if it’s the other, if people really want to make a change, then people need to realize to go outside and do something about it.</div>BShttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11829555073400505243noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1338362442775855577.post-54325591702786985282010-11-06T19:12:00.000-07:002010-11-07T15:00:23.304-08:00Vegan Diet Experiment<div align="center" class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center;"><b>Vegan Diet</b></div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal"><b>FOOD</b></div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />

</div><div class="MsoNormal"><b>Fruits:</b> All fruits are accepted. Try to stay away from high GI fruits and eat fruits in moderation. High GI fruits include bananas, watermelons, and pumpkins.</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal"><b>Veggies:</b> All veggies are accepted. Include a large amount of greens.</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal"><b>Other:</b> Olive oil, coconut oil, green tea as well as other teas, unrefined sea salt, peppers/pepper, and any type of nut oil such walnut oil or hemp oil.</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal"><b>SUPPLEMENTS </b>(MUST HAVE FOR A HEALTHY VEGAN DIET)</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal"><b>Protein sources</b> (these are all must as it’s important to get not only complete proteins but essential amino acids as well as branch chain amino acids):</div><div class="MsoNormal">Hemp protein</div><div class="MsoNormal">Soy protein (make sure this is fermented and NOT genetically modified)</div><div class="MsoNormal">Rice protein</div><div class="MsoNormal">Branch Chain Amino Acids</div><div class="MsoNormal">Essential Amino Acids</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal"><b>Fats </b>(EVERYONE in the world today is lacking omega-3, our ancestors ate lots of omega-3 and so should we. Non-vegans can take high doses of fish oil, but for vegans here are some alternatives):</div><div class="MsoNormal">Flax Seed Oil (make sure this is from a trustworthy company and in powdered form and processed properly as flaxseed generally goes rancid very easily)</div><div class="MsoNormal">Hemp Oil</div><div class="MsoNormal">Walnut Oil</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal"><b>Other:</b></div><div class="MsoNormal">Multi-Vitamin (essential for everyone)</div><div class="MsoNormal">Vitamin B12 (get this in liquid form as it’s more natural and the body absorbs it better. Remember that meats are the ONLY foods that contain Vitamin B12 so I wouldn’t make this a must have in general, but for vegans it is)</div><div class="MsoNormal">Calcium/Magnesium (essential for everyone)</div><div class="MsoNormal">Vitamin D (MUST HAVE if you do not get a good amount of sun on a regular basis)</div><div class="MsoNormal">Zinc (another thing that’s not typically a must have for non-vegans as multi-vitamins supply a good amount of it, but considering that zinc is mostly found in meat this is a good thing to add for vegans)</div><div class="MsoNormal">Vitamin C (essential for everyone)</div><div class="MsoNormal">CoQ10 (essential for everyone)</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal"><b>DOSING</b></div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal"><b>Foods:</b></div><div class="MsoNormal">Nuts/Seeds: 8 ounces daily</div><div class="MsoNormal">Fruits: 8 ounces daily</div><div class="MsoNormal">Veggies: 1 lb daily (try to eat mostly greens)</div><div class="MsoNormal">Other: 4 tablespoons daily, 4 tablespoons coconut oil, ½ gallon green tea (on top of a gallon of water daily), sprinkle unrefined sea salt on food throughout day as well as pepper seasonings and/or peppers</div><div class="MsoNormal">Try to get all foods raw, organic, and if possible, from local farms so that it is fresh.</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal"><b>Protein Supplements:</b></div><div class="MsoNormal">Use either hemp protein, rice protein, or soy protein (or rotate them which is a good idea so not to develop allergies). Take 120 grams of either a day separated into 2-4 servings per day. Hemp protein is highly recommended is main source of protein. (TrueProtein is a good source)</div><div class="MsoNormal">BCAA’s: 45 grams per day (TrueProtein, BulkNutrition)</div><div class="MsoNormal">EAA’s” 45 grams per day (TrueProtein, BulkNutrition)</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal"><b>Fat Supplements:</b></div><div class="MsoNormal">Use either flax seed oil, hemp oil, or walnut oil as a main source of omega-3 consumption (again not a bad idea to rotate the fats so not to develop allergies). Although, it would be a good idea to keep flax seed oil as a main source of omega-3 as it’s pure omega-3 and it’s not a good idea to supplement yourself with a lot of omega-6 as the diet already contains a lot of that already. Supplement with 12-20 grams of omega-3 a day, start with 12 grams daily, work up to 16-20 grams daily. TrueProtein is a good source for the Flax Seed, for hemp oil and walnut oil Vitacost is good)</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal"><b>Other Supplements:</b></div><div class="MsoNormal">Multi-Vitamin (Now Foods brand from BulkNutrition)</div><div class="MsoNormal">Vitamin B12 (liquid bottle Now Foods brand from BulkNutrition): one drop = 1 mg</div><div class="MsoNormal">Calcium/Magnesium (Now Foods from BulkNutrition): 2,000 mg calcium, 1,000 mg magnesium</div><div class="MsoNormal">Vitamin D (Now Foods from BulkNutrition): 3-5,000 IU</div><div class="MsoNormal">Zinc (any brand from either BulkNutrition or Vitacost that is 15 mg)</div><div class="MsoNormal">Vitamin C (either True Protein or Now Foods from BulkNutrition): 2,000 mg per day (if want to dose more that is ok, up to 6 grams per day is good)</div><div class="MsoNormal">CoQ10 (NSI from Vitacost) 200 mg split into two dosings</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal"><b>Putting the Plain into Practice:</b></div><div class="MsoNormal">4 ounces walnuts</div><div class="MsoNormal">4 ounces sunflower seeds</div><div class="MsoNormal">4 ounce apple</div><div class="MsoNormal">4 ounces strawberries</div><div class="MsoNormal">8 ounces spinach</div><div class="MsoNormal">8 ounces broccoli</div><div class="MsoNormal">4 tablespoons olive oil</div><div class="MsoNormal">4 tablespoons coconut oil</div><div class="MsoNormal">½ gallon green tea</div><div class="MsoNormal">1 gallon water</div><div class="MsoNormal">120 grams hemp protein</div><div class="MsoNormal">45 grams BCAA’s</div><div class="MsoNormal">45 grams EAA’s</div><div class="MsoNormal">20 Flax Seed Oil</div><div class="MsoNormal">2 caps Multi-Vitamin</div><div class="MsoNormal">1 mg Vitamin B12</div><div class="MsoNormal">2 grams Calcium</div><div class="MsoNormal">1 gram Magnesium</div><div class="MsoNormal">3-5,000 IU Vitamin D</div><div class="MsoNormal">15 mg Zinc</div><div class="MsoNormal">2-6 grams Vitamin C</div><div class="MsoNormal">200 mg CoQ10</div><div class="MsoNormal"><b>Overall:</b> Calories – 4,189, Fat- 308.8, Carbs – 97.9, Protein - 267</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal"><b>Conclusion:</b></div><div class="MsoNormal">Although I do feel that if people follow this strictly they will be healthy and can gain muscle mass as well as strength, the one problem is it is PRICEY. Who has the money to take 120 grams of hemp protein every day for example? Not the average person. I’ll stick to my cheap meat in the meantime. As you can see it is very possible to keep carbs low, and calories high with a vegan diet as long as you’re rich enough to spend the money on supplements. I believe that the protein can stay low as long as the BCAA and EAA supplementation stays high. If not for the BCAA and EAA supplementation then the person would need to raise protein quite a bit depending on circumstances such as level of lifting as well as bodyweight.</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal">Another note worth mentioning is that I thought a vegan based diet would add more unsaturated fats and lower the saturated fats. Not true. My meat/plant based diets are generally 20% saturated fat, 40% polyunsaturated fat, and 40% monounsaturated fat. In other words, 50 grams saturated fat, 100 grams polyunsaturated fat, and 100 grams monounsaturated fat. The diet I laid out had a high amount of nuts, so that may be why. The plant based diet listed above was 72 grams of saturated fat, 108 grams of polyunsaturated fat, and 68 grams of monounsaturated fat. This may show that as long as you are eating fresh unprocessed meats, the fat quality is still good, if not better than many plant based fatty foods. </div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal">This was not the only problem I found with the diet. Meats are generally higher in Vitamin A, and this diet was low in Vitamin A, so supplementation is needed in that aspect. All the other Vitamins turned out to be really abundant (and Vitamin D and B Vitamins mostly because of extra supplementation). Although Vitamin D is mostly provided by sunlight, so that is excusable. What this shows is that vegan based diets only provide a good amount of Vitamin C, E, and K.</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal">The Vitamins were not the only problem; the minerals were also low as well. For example, I think the magnesium was about one gram too low (and most of the nutrients again came from supplementation). While magnesium is highly provided by plants, a lot of calcium comes from meaty foods. Iron ironically was also low, about 20 mg too low. Meats are also largely abundant in potassium, so I would probably want to double the potassium levels in the diet, which again means another supplement to add. With this diet only 28% of the RDA was provided when it comes to salt, but this can easily be fixed by using salt on foods. But it just goes to show that meats are the main sources of salt. Even after supplementation the zinc level were still slightly low. I would raise them about 10 more mg. There are probably a lot of other minerals that were low as well; almost every mineral was low with this diet. Meats are the main sources of most minerals as well as B Vitamins and Vitamin A, as well as a good source of unsaturated fats, calories, and protein.</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal">To end the experiment, the fats were not exactly healthier just because of changing to a plant based diet from a meat based diet, although the ratios where still very healthy. I personally would like the protein to be higher, and that’s when already considering that most of the protein comes purely from supplementation. Obviously, plenty of fiber was provided with this diet, actually, over 60 grams. As far as the micro-nutrients, massive supplementation is needed for the micro-nutrients, as well as protein, fat, and calories, which is obviously not affordable for the average person.</div>BShttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11829555073400505243noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1338362442775855577.post-84706504735355053832010-11-04T08:05:00.001-07:002010-11-04T09:06:51.433-07:00Politicians and How They Answer Questions (may add more to this later)Legalizing weed was the NUMBER ONE topic that people asked Obama about, which he just jokingly passed off stupid.<br />
<br />
Obama will fuck up the country more than Bush. The only reason he goes halfway on things like cannabis is because politicians know that the people are sick of seeing their fellow men and women being abused by fascist laws. But he's not going to actually do anything about it, he'll just say things like, "Well I won't put medical patients in jail (which he does), "I won't close down dispensaries" (which he does), and then he'll say, "But I think we need to look at our laws and see what needs to be done" (which he does nothing about), and then he lays it down as, "Oh, but I don't think legalization is the answer" (which is actually the only promise he has held). It WILL get worse with every president from here on out if we allow this sort of action to continue.<br />
<br />
Basically, it's all bullshit. That's what politicians are there for, to bullshit people. They are against topics when they know people are against it too. When people are supportive of things like cannabis, they go halfway because they know some people still dislike the idea, and they also know that they won't actually do anything about it, so they do these in between answers that don't really answer the question asked in the first place.<br />
<br />
What the people need to realize is it's all bullshit, people need to realize to stop putting hopes in these spokesmen and women and to take some damn direct action. Revolution is but thought put into action.BShttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11829555073400505243noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1338362442775855577.post-9102763096386123032010-10-29T07:32:00.000-07:002010-10-29T07:32:31.073-07:00Worthless Degree<!--[if gte mso 9]><xml> <w:WordDocument> <w:View>Normal</w:View> <w:Zoom>0</w:Zoom> <w:PunctuationKerning/> <w:ValidateAgainstSchemas/> <w:SaveIfXMLInvalid>false</w:SaveIfXMLInvalid> <w:IgnoreMixedContent>false</w:IgnoreMixedContent> <w:AlwaysShowPlaceholderText>false</w:AlwaysShowPlaceholderText> <w:Compatibility> <w:BreakWrappedTables/> <w:SnapToGridInCell/> <w:WrapTextWithPunct/> <w:UseAsianBreakRules/> <w:DontGrowAutofit/> </w:Compatibility> <w:BrowserLevel>MicrosoftInternetExplorer4</w:BrowserLevel> </w:WordDocument> </xml><![endif]--><!--[if gte mso 9]><xml> <w:LatentStyles DefLockedState="false" LatentStyleCount="156"> </w:LatentStyles> </xml><![endif]--><!--[if gte mso 10]> <style>

Of course, logistically, there's not much of a chance of the ship coming back, because you know, you can't carry that much fuel and you'd have to have a launching station already set up on Mars... So what the article proposes is that they send a one-way mission and the astronauts 'Colonize' Mars so everything all set so back and forth missions can start happening...<br /><br /><img style="width: 360px; height: 360px;" src="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/5/56/Mars_Valles_Marineris.jpeg/600px-Mars_Valles_Marineris.jpeg" /><br /><br />Everyone's thinking "OH SWEET!THIS WILL BE RAD!" I mean, sure this is all fine and dandy, and fun stuff to think about, fun to read about. I'm all about gaining knowledge about the universe around us... But we should be aware; the drive for this mission is not the conquest of knowledge, but rather the expansion of civilization, the furthering of empire...<br /><br />The reason we so desperately need to get off of this hunk of dirt, water, and greenery, is because we're coming to the brink of ecological destruction. Well really, if you look around, we're already there... Thousands of species of plants, trees, animals, vertebrae and non, all vanishing faster than the speed of light... Plastic islands in the pacific, bigger than Texas, 'dead zones' in all of the major oceans in the world, etc... So really, we're trying to get the fuck off of this planet before it causes too much 'hurt' to CIVILIZATION.<br /><br />Let's talk about civilization... What is it?<br /><br /><img src="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/7/7f/Manhattan_panorama_under_clouds.jpg/400px-Manhattan_panorama_under_clouds.jpg" /><br /><br />Civilization is defined as <span style="font-style: italic;">...the procession of human societies generally toward more development and use of more complex technology, higher population densities, increasing per capita gross domestic product, and other significant advancements...</span> Because we, most of us, live inside the confines of civilization this seems fine and dandy. More complex technology! Awesome! A higher GDP! WHOOPDY FUCKING DOO!<br /><br />What the definition forgets to leave out is the burgeoning of classes (and the conflicts that arise), the centralization of power (be it governmental, economic, or religious), the mass importation of goods (since everyone lives in cities)... And of course we can't forget, the forcing of 'civilized' ways of life on the 'non civilized'... (look, every-fucking-where in history... American Indians, Aztecs, the indigenous people of northern Europe, etc etc) But of course, the first rule of the civilized is, never be critical of yourself; because then you might doubt yourself... And doubting yourself when you live in a delusional world, well that would be disastrous. Keep believing your one view of life and how it should be...<br /><br />So what I'm really getting at is, we're only going to Mars (and still fucking around on the Moon) because civilization needs a new host to drain. We need more resources. We don't want to change. We don't want to clean up the mess we've made. We want to be snotty little brats.<br /><br />I don't wanna see a McDonalds on Mars. I don't wanna see Megachurches on Mars. I don't wanna see genetically modified chickens roaming around missile silos that scatter the landscape of New Detroit, south west of New Toronto. (lol hypothetical mars metropolis')<br /><br />Everyone needs to realize, civilization is not sustainable. Civilization is not desirable. Civilization is the apex of centralization of power, the apex of domination of man over man, man over beast, and man over nature... And soon it will be of man over the entirety of measurable reality... I don't think cool tech toys and genetically modified food and a generally plastic and safe reality is a good trade off for pure existence, freedom, and natural order... Maybe you do; but if you do, realize you are my enemy. You are the enemy of nature. You are the enemy of peace. You are the enemy of harmony.<br /><br />I personally, think going to mars is a big fucking waste of time and especially a huge waste of money when the planet is falling apart at the most base of levels... So fuck off space cases!Mike Hanushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03495270011516738644noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1338362442775855577.post-73526136969868404352010-10-18T09:16:00.000-07:002010-10-18T09:21:39.007-07:00Two Short "Poems"Here's two quick little things I wrote about a year and a half ago when I was going through my depression.<br />

For what does love mean? Is love not one of the deepest emotions, not only of humans, but all animals, of all life? Love in definition, is to have a strong affection and emotion for someone or something, it’s having compassion towards life. On Wikipedia, it even goes to define love as not just a virtue, but A BASIS FOR ALL BEING! Shit, was there ever a more intimate and beautiful definition of the word love than, “A basis for all being!”</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal">But, it seems as if one of the most intimate emotions that a human can express are severely watered down in today’s society. For one, what do most people mean when they say love? Are they referring to having a profound spiritual experience, are they referring to being completely mesmerized by music, to having a love so deep for language and literature that they care for nothing materialistic in the world except that art itself, even if it means being a vagrant, homeless, or poor? No, when people refer to love in the modern world, they aren’t referring to knowing someone, connecting to that person on a deep intimate level. Instead, they refer to love as if it is some Hollywood movie. They think of love as if they can just make this relationship work they will finally be happy. Or, they think of love as doing something like a fancy dinner, flowers, buying gifts, or doing some false perception of “romance.” This is not love, it’s an ego filled mind that has no substance whatsoever, that has no emotions, that has filled doing “things” with love. This is the mind of someone with no substance, with no love, these are people professing love who have no idea what love truly is, because they have filled their minds with not thoughts and emotions, but emptiness, materialism, and ego.</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal">Love is something more much more intimate than simply having a relationship. While a relationship can definitely come out of love, relationships do not CAUSE love. This is one of the main problems people tend to have when it comes to the idea of love. They have been so misguided by this Hollywood idea of love that instead of having that deep connection with someone, they think by diving head first into a relationship everything will suddenly just flash and be perfect. Take a man for example a man; let’s say this person has never experienced “love” towards a woman, because he knows in a sense that he’s never felt anything in a relationship. He has however, although very rare, had some love towards a couple of friends, friends that he has shared hours and hours of conversations about life, about spirituality, about everything he holds dear to his heart, that is love. This person also is deeply spiritual, this person loves to write, he cares for his fellow man, he loves to read, he loves music, he becomes overwhelmed by that atmosphere of music, and this is love. This man however, has never loved a woman, in the sense of a one on one relationship, because he has not put his hopes into falling for another person, but if he by accident, finds a women, and connects to her in an in depth way, the same he could feel towards a friend, then that could turn to love. But he is not so gullible to hope the relationship will give him love, but he hopes that love will give him a relationship. This person knows who he is, and does not search for love, he is in love all the time, and hopes to find people, whomever there, wherever they are, that he can be intimate with. But again, he does not search for a relationship to give him love, but in his love, he hopes that the love itself will find him other like minded people to find. And this does not even have to be someone he is fucking, but a friend, a peer, a younger person, an older person, a man, a woman, it doesn’t matter. Love should not be bound to the social realms of Hollywood type relationships, but relationships with everyone.</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal">Now that love has somewhat been defined, what does marriage have to do with love? Marriage is something that also has a huge social influence on people. What does marriage offer, other than being an outdated religious ritual as well as a worthless government act? Again, this goes back to the question of asking what love is. Love is a bond between one person, and another person. Why add nothing but a materialistic piece of paper to the equation. What matters more, a piece of paper with a signature on it, or the spiritual connection that has developed between two people? Again, with this materialistic and Hollywood view of love, people have been beat down into thinking that marriage equals love. This seems to be a major reason why so many marriages fail. And of course they do, for people get overly excited, just as they do as entering a relationship; they think that marriage will finally give them love. And without trying to be repetitive, this is obviously the same thing as saying, relationships do not equal love, all the same, marriages do not equal love. The only difference between relationships and marriages is that creating an intimate relationship between one person and the other is amazing, while on the other hand for marriage, it has to simply be asked, “What’s the point?” And obviously, that question needs to be asked over and over, what indeed, is the point? It doesn’t stand for love; it doesn’t stand for human connection. It’s just another thing, it’s an egotistic, materialistic, pointless thing that people just point to with pride, but it has nothing to do with love itself. Getting married for love is way more demeaning than someone entering a relationship for love. For at least, going into a relationship for love, the person is just misguided about how to obtain love, but with marriage, it has nothing to do with love to begin with. It is just something that has been ingrained into peoples heads as love, when it is nothing but.</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal">Romance is another term that is loosely tied to the in depth emotion of love. Romance in today’s society is buying someone flowers, chocolate, or any kind of materialistic gift, jewelry, clothing, things, shit, and worthless shit at that. Romance is even portrayed as opening a door for the other person, pulling out a chair, being polite, bending over like a little bitch hand and knees waiting on the person that you assumingly love. This is not romance, it’s just annoying. Again, like previously stated, this type of attitude is just used to show the emptiness of the human soul, the materialistic mindset the humans have been manipulated into thinking. This of course, is not romance, and it is not love. Imagine for a second, taking a psychedelic trip with your partner, or listening to some atmospheric music together one night in the pitch blackness of your room, and merely understanding each other, almost telepathically, you become connected, as one, not separate. Now imagine the opposite, the man, he buys his female partner flowers, which is just a thing, he is dull and empty and this is the only way he knows how to please her. But which one of these statements is truly romantic? Which one of these acts is romance, which in turn, becomes love? Love comes from romance, but romance is not stuff, it’s more spiritual than that, and this is an important aspect to understand. Tips to the guy, don’t do anything special for a girl, don’t be polite, don’t do anything fancy, don’t bend over for her, just treat her like a friend, and if you have a beautiful in depth conversation one night, that is more real than anything like flowers or a golden necklace will achieve.</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal">What has been covered thus far? The definition of love, how people falsely perceive love, what love truly is, the fact that marriage has nothing to do with love because love is much greater than the materialistic act of marriage, how romance is falsely perceived, what romance really is, and how true love comes from true romance. But what is to be taken from all this? What is to be taken from all this is the fact that what love really means to you, don’t cover it up with things, don’t cover it up with relationships (or trying to find love from relationships), don’t cover it up with hopelessness, don’t cover it up with marriage, or anything else. Be in love all the time, when you read, and hopefully you reader, have a love for language, so when you read, be in love with what you read, be in love with the ability to think, be in love with the ability to think. The love of the ability to think, the love so deep so that when you do go out with someone, you already realize that you’re not looking for love, you already have it. So the question then comes into play, I’m already in love with life, I know who I am, but, what can this person offer me mentally, spiritually, knowledge wise, love wise? Are they worth messing with, do they have any depth, any uniqueness, individuality? If not, then why try to create a relationship with someone, for as previously stated, love will give you a relationship, a relationship will never give you love. Because if you don’t already have love in your life, you will NEVER be able to find it elsewhere.</div>BShttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11829555073400505243noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1338362442775855577.post-58756772130916666272010-10-12T11:37:00.001-07:002010-10-12T11:39:19.906-07:00Romance<div align="center" class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center;">Romance</div><div align="center" class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center;"><br />

This is a good start to letting go of the ego. And once you let go of that perception of reality, you open up your mind to much more "realities" in which you can create the world around you.<br />
<br />
*I may or may not expand on this later*BShttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11829555073400505243noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1338362442775855577.post-81666598634780545322010-10-03T19:54:00.000-07:002010-10-03T21:03:47.128-07:00A Simple Explanation of GodI can easily talk about this in depth with people who understand the concept of god like I do, like my man Mike the Hanus Manus. But for people who don't grasp on to the idea, here's an extremely simple way of explaining it. There is nothingness, nothing except energy in space. This energy creates chemicals which creates the universe, galaxies, stars, and planets. These planets produce plants, skies, animals, insects, water, and humans. These humans are nothing but energy, because energy is not created or destroyed. These humans share experiences, thoughts, ideas, art, music, literature, comedy, humor, novels, essays, journalism, love, hate, sadness, depression, passion, excitement, etc, with each other. These thoughts are also never created nor destroyed either, they are constantly flowing through the universe and everyone is sharing them. These thoughts people have are not absolute truth, but rather a tiny fragment of the never ending knowledge that can be tapped into. Everything in the universe is energy, from a simple chemical bond to a human to the thoughts humans produce. Everything is constantly flowing together, progressing, and is not separate. This is god. So in a sense, you are god, or at least, a part of god. My mother once said, "God won't force you to love him," as for some reason she thought I hated God, and I immediately responded, "You don't love God, god is love!" <br />
<br />

But what is really liberty, is it just a word used to manipulate the masses, or does it mean something that is supposed to be about freedom and individuality? It would seem as if the answer is both. The Wikipedia definition of liberty is <i>the concept of ideological and political philosophy that identifies the condition to which an individual has the right to behave according to one's own personal responsibility and free will. </i>So does America truly have liberty? How can a nation profess liberty with such little rights and such little responsibility and free will? In a sense, liberty does indeed seem to just be another word, a word thrown around by judges, politicians, and police, to give people a sense of freedom. The same sense of freedom that telling people they have “rights” and giving people the ability to vote does.</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal">What is liberty without individuality, what is liberty without personal responsibility, what is liberty without FREE WILL? It's nonexistent. It does seem funny, that a nation that professes liberty so much has so little free will. Where does this “free will” go when rioting, journalism, political prisoners, radicalism, conspiracies, political activism, anti-authority writing, drug use, liberation groups, and anarchist/primitive societies come into play? Where is our free will, our individuality, our freedom then? Look around, and see if free will exists in America. Liberty, does however, mean something, regardless of how little liberty Americans actually have. As stated above, it means the rights of man, the individual’s ability to take care of his or her own personal responsibility, and of course, free will.<br />
<br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://bermudaradical.files.wordpress.com/2010/08/freedom-for-all.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://bermudaradical.files.wordpress.com/2010/08/freedom-for-all.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal">It seems as if, one would make the connection that liberty can only be achieved by the individual directly taking control of his or her own life. For doesn’t it seem quite contradictory that the state, which is meant to hold laws and authority over people, is the one preaching about liberty? How can an organization preach about liberties, which in definition means free will, also at the same time hold authority over the people that it preaches free will to? This would seem hypocritical. It is in fact the state that takes away, not grants, people's liberty.</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal">The only way to truly obtain liberty is by the individual taking direct control over their life, and the only way for the individual to take direct control of their own life is through liberation. The dictionary definition of liberation is the act or process of trying to achieve equal rights and status. You can’t have liberty without liberation. Of course, since the one thing that is stopping individuals from practicing their liberty is the state, this would mean liberation from the state itself. Only when a person is truly free, which is the ability for that person to take direct control of his or her own life, without any interference by government, police, politician, or judge, can that person then practice liberty. Liberation can only be obtained by the people, the citizens, or an organized group working together against the elite. Liberation is the start to liberty, to freedom, to free will, to man’s ability to directly take control of his or her own life, but it has to start with a rebellion from the people, people willing to take a stand against authority, a people who truly want to be free individuals, and a people who truly want liberty. It all starts with liberation.</div>BShttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11829555073400505243noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1338362442775855577.post-47935098389470943192010-09-22T10:46:00.000-07:002010-09-23T09:39:50.596-07:003 versesHere's some inspirational nihilist poetry for you:<br /><br />1:<br />Show your face around my hood<br />I'll stomp your head in with my boot<br />What makes you think what you've been through is any excuse for failure?<br />Sorry to lash out<br />But I've got no time for you to spread your ill ways to my tribe...<br />BANISHED FROM EXISTENCE!<br /><br />2:<br />You hate yourself, you hate it all<br />You think that you were born to fail<br />Fuck that shit!<br />We're made of stars!<br />Don't let anyone beat you down<br />Grow endlessly<br />Our reality, defined by purpose<br />That is up to us to choose<br />Only from chance can we lose<br />Only chance...<br /><br />3:<br />Like a hammer to my balls<br />the Earth, smashed the fuck up<br />Be it an asteroid or a nuclear Armageddon<br />it doesn't matter<br />No survivors<br />No trace of our existence<br />Only remnants of civilization<br />satellites and radio waves<br />torturing distanct civilizations with pepsi jingles and sports statistics<br />what a legacyMike Hanushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03495270011516738644noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1338362442775855577.post-50841178072129112952010-09-21T19:52:00.000-07:002010-09-22T07:47:11.339-07:00A Little Lesson in Genetics<div class="MsoNormal">Have you ever heard the saying that vegans and vegetarians make, “Look at what Chimpanzees eat, they only eat plants, this means humans weren’t made to eat meat!” People, this is why it’s good to have a basic understanding in genetics and evolution, and from that, you can learn a little something about one of my passions, nutrition. Humans did not evolve from chimpanzees; they are our cousins, not our ancestors. So what does this mean? This means our diet should NOT be similar to chimpanzees. However, our diet should be similar to our ancestors, in short, the people we actually evolved from.</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal">What did our ancestors eat? They ate lots and lots of meat, eggs, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. Certain other foods are good as well, such as olive oil, hemp oil, and fish oil. Our ancestors didn’t drink milk, and more and more modern research is showing that humans are not made to consume dairy. Other things that humans are not evolved to eat are grains, breads, starches, potatoes, or any carbohydrate/sugar source in high amounts. Mostly we should be eating things like greens when it comes to carbohydrate sources. This is called the Paleolithic Diet. This diet is specifically built around how our ancestors used to eat before modern civilization, and our genetic material is still mostly the same than even 40,000 years ago, we haven’t changed, and neither should our diets.<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://dsc.discovery.com/news/2008/02/27/gallery/neanderthal-540x380.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="225" src="http://dsc.discovery.com/news/2008/02/27/gallery/neanderthal-540x380.jpg" width="320" /></a></div></div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal">One of the main arguments I hear people say when trying to prove that humans are not made to eat meats is that we don’t have the digestive ability. However, all this “proves” as that they are not taking in enough fiber, which most Americans are low in. I am personally currently taking in 3 lbs of meat, 6 eggs, 12-16 ounces of greens, 4 ounces of nuts, 2 ounces of seeds, about 16 ounces of LOW GI fruit, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, and 16 grams of fish oil (keep in mind that part of the reason I eat like this is because I powerlift and recently started working long hours in a metal shop). How can I digest all this food, especially with such a large amount of meat and eggs? It’s simple; I eat a lot of fiber, most of it coming from greens. There are people out there who eat a lot more meat than me, most professional bodybuilders eat around 10 lbs of meat (these are people with amazing genetic digestion ability). And although this is also largely due to genetic ability, I believe most people would have absolutely no trouble taking in 2 lbs of meat daily, but the simple fact is people have bad digestion because of their poor dieting skills. So the answer shouldn’t in turn be that we, humans, aren’t made to eat meat, but the answer is, eat more fiber. I have TWO bowel movements every day. A healthy tip for you, if you don’t have at least one bowel movement daily, you have bad digestion, plain and simple.</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal">MEAT, it’s the staple of the human diet, EAT IT! (And by that I don’t mean burgers and hotdogs, but steak, chicken, beef, fish, turkey, ham, you know, the real stuff). Also, drink your water people, fuck soft drinks!</div>BShttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11829555073400505243noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1338362442775855577.post-44481910096708395372010-09-21T10:56:00.001-07:002010-09-21T11:04:15.640-07:00Blind Addiction*I'm not straight edge, but this is how I really feel, I constantly see people using excuses for the reasons why they use drugs, rather than admitting that drug abuse is a way of covering up sadness/depression/boredom. I haven't really wrote much poetic/lyric stuff either, so who knows how good this is.*<br />

<div class="MsoNormal">Blind Addiction<br />
<br />
You tell yourself it’s ok<br />
You say you smoke weed every day<br />
Because it’s harmless<br />
You say you smoke tobacco<br />
Because it relieves stress<br />
You drink on the weekends<br />
With the excuse that<br />
You hang out with friends<br />
You drink coffee in the morning<br />
Because you can’t sleep at night<br />
Stop lying to yourself<br />
You know it’s just a crutch<br />
You use these drugs<br />
Because you can’t fucking deal with life<br />
Going through day to day<br />
Because you can’t handle the pain<br />
Your life sucks</div>BShttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11829555073400505243noreply@blogger.com3
